Here are the things we need to change on the dashboard to be up to MLH standards
School, Level of Study, Country of Residence, and Dietary Restrictions should be dropdowns not textboxes see the mlh guide link above for all the options that should be there
Grad year and hackathon count should also be dropdowns
Instead of date of Birth we should ask for age in a dropdown
combine the 2nd and 3rd checkboxes, as seen in the mlh guide and add the new 3rd checkbox, and this one needs to be optional
