Remove Sponsors and workshops form landing #118

Remove the sponsors from the sponsor section, and remove all of the events that are not certain to happen at the next hackathon (Wakefern Tech Talk etc) from the schedule

Also update the dates everywhere on the landing page to be October 26-27 and for fall 2024
