update user role on login #7

if a user logs in and they are marked as a mentor in lcs then give them the mentor role in helpq

I'm pretty sure this is done but needs more testing. @hemangandhi could I potentially get the test account marked as a mentor. to test the hacker role I will use my own hackru account.

works but if already mentor don't update

we actually don't want to do this any more so that we can over ride users and manually make mentors and change user data

it will check on first login if mentor and also get their name but thats it
