Routes and their controllers added #33

Routes and their controllers added for both user and admin. just need to connect the DB and store user admin data. APIs which are created , I have tested them . all are working fine.

@RitwikSingh28 Sir necessary error handling and comments added to code . and I think encryption should be done later , while interacting with frontend.
