(DISCUSSION) - Who Should be part of this Organization? #2

I am creating this to actually talk about who wants to be part of the organization, and who can contribute ideas. Please see the (IDEAS) issue and add any comments to that. Once we have a solid foundation or agreement of an idea, I think we should then make those foundations or agreements a separate issue of their own.
