Get user_id after login or register with different types, save it to localstorage;
Getting user_name on the project page;
Added endpoint for getting uid from users table.
Changed table users (we need to have uid instead email).
Steps for reproduction:
Delete and create local DB. Execute command npm run db:setup ;
Register with new user, or login with already existed user on the Project/Login page (it should redirect to Home page)
Insert url (should redirect to Project page)
On the Project page the name of the logged in user should be shown.
