Add Batch Page #168

When I am logged in and click Add Batch on the Sidebar Menu, I want to be able see the Add Batch Page.

Please aggregate the following components:

  1. SideBarMenu(storybook-sidebarnav #38) - MERGED,
  2. Add Batch (Storybook : Initial commit for Add Batch Details #113 ) NOT MERGED YET
  3. Add Image (IStorybook: Add Crop Image #7 ) - MERGED
  4. Footer (Feature/footer component refactor #32/Feature/rename footer #52) - MERGED

And consider the DummyPage https://github.com/HackYourFuture-CPH/FP-class11/tree/develop/src/client/containers/add-batch-page

Make sure that everything is working on all the components and check with the responsible for this issue #151 what to do to in order to create the batch,
