Improve CSS to make SideMenu component look the same on different pages #207

User Story

Who: As a USER What: I want to see the SideMenu component the same on different pages Why: So that the side menu component looks the same

Acceptance criteria

Side menu should look the same on Quiz Page, Next Steps Page, and Elevator Pitch Page.

Implementation Details

In QUIZ PAGE the side menu is located in the middle of the page and is small and wide:

In NEXT STEPS PAGE the side menu is also in the middle of the page, but is much thinner:

In ELEVATOR PITCH PAGE it is even more thinner and a little bit taller
