Added functionality to filter component. Added codes in jobStore and FilterForm. In Home.tsx tried to make filter component responsive..But need some more modifications in responsiveness.. Can see Sayali's backend routes and controllers here in my PR as I have to use here to make my filter functional. As doing filtering the job some modifications in routes were done together
