Description

Header first version Media queries come on next version Please provide a short summary explaining what this PR is about. Design the header for both guest and registered users. Fixes # (issue)

How to test?

Can be seen on the homepage now. (localhost) Please provide a short summary how your changes can be tested? try to run app and check out this: http://localhost:3000/ The storybook can be checked as well.

@arya56 æets get this merged in soon. I think @valmdz review is good, but let's address mobile later on. I think some of the css tricks she suggested can be applied, but if not, please write back to us.
