path Footer component imported and tag added in app.js #198

Description

The tag footer component is added again, inside the router tags in App.js. because was missing for an error that i did when the search filter component was merged. (i did git pull to update the last changes, it needs just be merged to recovery the footer)

npm run dev

@DiegoRuiz454 @pdsorensen The Footer shouldn't be seen in the sign-in and sign-up route, just replace it with the suggested code please.
