I read it was appreciated if students create Pull requests for change suggestions on the Github pages of the student manuals.
Noticed that the images on the Week0 page are quite large in width/height. Also when looked in source, some were referenced from external websites.
In this PR, resized images are added and references were updated in the README.md.
