feat: add cors explanations #44

Goal of the PR

The PR adds basic explanations around CORS. As part of the module Using APIs, students may face errors related to CORS. The added content aims at:

Giving a brief introduction to what is CORS and why it exists
Provide guidance to students on how to react in case of CORS issues with an API
Enable student to further explore the protocol later by providing relevant references

Changes

Add a new part to "the-internet"
Add relevant assets
