Changed input types on home page

The home page search has free text inputs for Age requirement, Education level, and Travel coverage. This complicates inputs for the user, so I limited the valid inputs for these.

• Changed Education level and Travel coverage to be drop downs
  • Education:
  • Middle School,
  • High School,
  • University/College,
  • Graduated University/College,
  • Other
  • Travel:
  • Yes
  • No
  • Any
• Changed Age requirement to only accept natural numbers

NOTE: By changing Age requirement to accept numbers only, I'm not sure if it will allow empty inputs for the "unknown" case. Will need to test, once search features exist.
