Fixed QgsRubberBand argument error in later version of QGIS 3.x #5

Thanks for making this useful plugin!

Because of API changes in QGIS, I would get this error when I clicked the "Draw compass rose" button: TypeError: QgsRubberBand(): argument 'geometryType' has unexpected type 'int'

Thank you very much, I apologize for my silence, I am not very active on the plugin lately. I will update the master version on the QGIS repo as soon as possible, obviously with proper citations.
