[BUG] Add more error handling #2

Describe the bug We need more error handling on the report retrieval

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add wrong credentials
  2. See error message is not descriptive

Expected behavior Clear message on what is wrong / missing credentials in this example.
