Use Bower #4

I removed the css/ and js/ directories, added bower.json with dependencies (I think I still need to add jquery to dependencies). @frankcash you need to add your email to bower.json and @mrcoven94 you also need to add your info to it. Should be easy to manage dependencies now. I updated index.html to use bower_components.

ty ty, just finished install linux on my new desktop so I should be up and running here soon!
