reference to nonexistent file... #6

I commented https://github.com/HackerCollective/Resources-Site/blob/master/index.html#L21 out because I couldn't find what it was loading, it wasn't in the repo. Can I remove it completely?

I'm going to delete it, doesn't seem to have a purpose.

It's just what I call my default first js file, sorry bad habbit -.-

Lol okay, I'll leave it commented out, but change the comment above it. Later on when we create it we can just uncomment that line.
