The '~' character was being rendered with UB kerning
Puppyprint multi render function was completely broken on GlideN64
Puppyprint j measure shifted the j the wrong way, causing it to render at the wrong offset

STILL MISSING: The issue with the bottom of 'z' showing up under ~ instead has not been fixed, nor do I really know how to fix it.

Forcefully merging this in, as nobody is even willing to look at this PR. :(
