This version of UNF supports GDB!

Opening as a draft PR because it's untested (and might stay that way for awhile unless someone else jumps in because I'm kinda burnt out in general), however the HackerSM64-specific differences should have made it in to this PR.

At this point I'm not expecting anybody to either review this or be able to review this, so I'm sadly going forward with a manual override merge for this one.
