I think you have to download Visual Studio and build / run the program in there.

It is found in the executable is in NonEuclidean/NonEuclidean.exe or https://github.com/HackerPoet/NonEuclidean/blob/master/NonEuclidean/NonEuclidean.exe on GitHub
