T20 League Player Records Required #5

Describe the Issue: The current data folder contains player records from ODI matches only. It would make the model more relevant to include matches from other leagues as well. Set up a PR if you are done with any T20 league(currently only IPL is available in howstat.com) Solution: The webcrawler has been set up in feature-webcrawler. Add your solution to it Try to keep the data in the same format as in the data folder
