Error: bootstrap.min.js:7 Uncaught Error: Bootstrap tooltips require Tether #3

Although Charming is not currently using Bootstrap tooltips, this error still pops up, which is not good. Maybe an issue with Bootstrap 4 itself (or is tether always mandatory?).
