Add naval nodestates

These were ready, but playing around with the export/import function and some bug in that destroyed 50% of that data again.

• [x] Find out, what broke the export (not all fields were exported!)
• [x] Fix the data
• [x] Export and move to provisioning

Needs manual testing and minor improvements (colors, label-change, placement perhaps etc)
