Allow the "public" to watch content #286

Clients without associated user account should be using the system default "public" account.

[ ] Enable "re-login" for logged in users
[ ] Automatically login every client as "public"
[ ] Hide "public" account from users i.e.:
- [ ] Icon should stay gray
- [ ] Modal should say "Login" instead of "Re-Login", if on "public"
- [ ] Logging out should not be possible(?)

This relies a lot on #287.
