Fix frontend build process

Since the unpacked build is already > 8 MB, the process to build for DIST should deliver gzipped files as well.

• [x] Builder update
• [x] Manage tool integration
• [x] Test every target

Just by gzipping it, the frontend JS shrank to 2.6 MB :)
