Add browser storage of all client local data #345

Prerequisites:

[ ] All data stored in (one?) clean service units in a standard way
[ ] localstorage only has 10 MB available - should
- [ ] alert when hitting limits
- [ ] conserve space somehow...

Featureset:

[ ] Offload localstorage to local file ("download")
[ ] Import local file ("upload")
[ ] Integrate crypto
[ ] Synchronize all/selected with server (only modified ones obviously) (blocked by #209)
[ ] Clear/View localstorage UI
[ ] Upload to other instance (e.g. via internet cafe)
