Wheatley should be able to send/receive commands from devices inside the local network.

relay chat messages to the infodisplay(s)
start countdowns
switch lights / change color
control heating

Idea: A special "chatroom" for devices - http://www.openhab.org has XMPP integation imho.

Already thought about this. My idea: There's a second bot (glados?) who can do all this and has a API (exclusively reachable from LAN) to be controlled.
