Therefore all the GAE specific parts need alternatives:

Database
- MySQLwith Hibernate instead of Datastore
Admin-Authentication
- Maybe Spring Security
Task-Queues for GCM, etc.
- Maybe @Async usage
Memcache
- Use Hibernate cache
