We will be using Cloudinary for uploading the Event Cover Pic its in a publicly available asset of an event. Also we will be using the signed client-side uploading of the Cloudinary SDK. This will help bypass our infra which will be a win security wise. Also helps us showcase Aspire working with non .net technology since the signing part will be done via a node app
