Add nsec2023 AWS CTF #266

From a cursory glance this CTF looks like it would be an excellent candidate for an article on Hacking the Cloud. My intention is to write a walk through explaining how to setup the CTF and how to complete it. Along the way we will highlight techniques covered by articles on HTC.

I'm actually pretty bummed about this. I attempted to setup the CTF infrastructure myself a couple times but consistently had issues. There was at least one typo in the docs (you need to set the ProvisioningURL to port 8080 not 80). I tried to debug it a bit, and was successful in it downloading the zip file from the control server, but ultimately I could not get it working. The previous CTF for Hacking the Cloud had quite a few stability issues as well, so I don't want to have a repeat of the same thing. As a result, I will close this.
