This PR removes quite a few articles from the GCP section. These were introduced in #182. While we proactively got permission from the author in #177, I don't feel comfortable with it still being on the site. Hacking the Cloud should be a "Wikipedia of cloud exploitation". While we can certainly quote resources, blindly copying and pasting that content does nobody any good. If anyone wants to write on these topics they are more than welcome to do so.
