Add rcon rust #1

I give a suggestion to add rust in rcon on the azuriom plugin :)

Please, could you make the plugin compatible for Rust. For more info rust has these two configs:

rconweb="0" # Value is: 1 for the Facepunch web panel, Rustadmin desktop and Rustadmin Online; 0 for RCON tools like Rusty.

EDIT: Doing a little research, setting it to "web=0" does send the commands but ends up with an error and does not capture the server outputs image
