I assume that if we have an organisation now, we must use Hacknique and contributors as a copyright holder rather than James himself.

Let me know your thoughts.

I believe that we should have the founding members be the copyright holders. but Hacknique and contributors could work when we list the main copyright holder.

Keep in mind, i still need main control over the project for at least 1 year, because its my final year project for university and it needs to be done a certain way for me to get the marks.

Also note, we would still need to add the copyright to the file of the contributors, even if its under an organization.

Flexibility

It might be worth considering a flexible approach where both individual and organizational copyright attributions are used, depending on the context and the preferences of individual contributors.

Shall i close this issue? As individual copyright holders need to specify their copyright anyway, for the AGPL.

I think so, but still, when you finish your assignment (or whatever), then we might reopen that issue.
