5 years ago Please, check if /opt/4nonimizer/vpn/vpnbook/pass.txt has the corresponding credentials. If not, fill it with the info in: https://www.vpnbook.com/freevpn
ps. Change folder if you use another vpn provider

5 years ago Found out what's the problem .You may encounter this problem if service 4non is not active or if you didn't test_availability for providers in addition to what vmotos posted too.

5 years ago i found the solution to this problem. all you need to do, and that is update all your vpns using the command 4nonimizer update_vpns and then change your provider to vpngate, and then update the tool itself by using this command 4nonimizer update_app once it's done then type on 4nonimizer start and if it still show an error, then use this command 4nonimizer restart and it should work. it works for me though. so maybe you should try it and see if it works for you.

Trying to use 4nonimizer inside Kali. But I'm having trouble. I'm getting that classic "openvpn" fail. I typed in "/opt/4nonimizer/vpn/openvpn/vpn-get-pass.sh" and then pressed "y".
It asked for the username. I type the one on the side in and hit enter. Then it asked for a password. I noticed I can't type anything in? Or does it just not show me what I'm typing in, because I can hit enter and get back to the normal command, but nothing happens. I can't paste the password, since it's an image. I am probably missing something obvious, so don't go too hard on me.
Do I have to make it myself or something? Still can't get 4nonimizer to start. I can provide you with a log, but I get the same as everyone else, so it should be the same on every Github forum page, but nothing on there helped me. I'd love some help over here.
