Add Challenge OSINT / Missing in Action

Something is wrong on the readme... you add two links, for two challenges, but only upload one of them. Then, you remove your name from readme.... it needs to be reviewed.

@OscarAkaElvis I already had the challenge Cat writeup submitted on PR #204 .

I just moved my profile from "Fleeting contributors (1 writeup)" to "Occasional contributors (2-5 writeups)", as I'm adding a second writeup now (for challenge Missing in Action).
