Description

Copy edits from 1543 + a removal request that slipped through the cracks in Slack.

Also, removed unused template to reduce duplicated copy and confusion.

Test process

Makes sense.

@katjuell I think the extra margin is intentional there, to create visual separation between the optional marketing checkboxes and the required terms agreement.

Oh ah I see .... This may just be me, but I feel like, in that case, more space or having the text for that checkbox be bolded would make that clearer.

:nod: Agreed. I'll hold off from doing that in this PR, will bring it up during 1547 as we're going to be looking at improving the overall UX of this form there.
