The quality standards section says Last but not least, one pull request to fix a typo is fine, but 5 pull requests to remove a stray whitespace is not.
Since there are only 4 pull requests needed this year, the number of pull requests should be corrected to 4.
Also I believe that it should be "are not" instead of "is not", but since English is not my native tongue, please correct me if I'm wrong :-)
