(issue #22) Default --dry-run to false #23

according to the README.md, --dry-run defaults to false and is opt-in. That's not the case in the code. This patches makes it actually opt-in.

hey. So I'm missing some sleep and never did go before. If this is wrong please just close it. But I actually think it should default to false, and not true.
