feat:update missing requirement and add Dockerfile,docker-compose.yml #57

psutil is needed when sync starts. I think Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml will be helpful.And I also find that on the installation process, root will always be the user for mysql and the mongodb's user and password must be empty to keep the installation and runing working fine.

You can view the source code and modify the configuration information according to your own needs;
