Julia introduction #2

Hello everyone, I saw on the homepage that there is interest in an introduction to the julia programming language. I gave an introductory workshop at the MPIKG in Golm last month and I could provide a short version if there is interest. Best regards, Simon Christ

Hey Simon,

we are currently rebooting the HackyHour in Potsdam and shift from a completely open discussion to a topic-based one every second week. We plan to start with some easy-going topics, where it is more about trying to establish a community. If this receives acceptance we will continue with topics that go more into depth. So if it runs well, we would get back to you for the Julia topic, if that is OK for you.
