Input Genomes from RefSeq

Issue to track the progress on the Roadmap item "The user chooses nothing, and random genomes from RefSeq genomes are selected"

• [x] add new 'refseq' input option (with 'bacteria', 'viruses', 'archaea')
• [x] Get random genomes with Entrez
• [x] write to multifasta file
• [x] Simulate Reads all the same
