More options for downloading genomes #235

The support of downloading ncbi genomes is very nice. I found the tool ncbi-genome-download is very flexible in getting genomes ( https://github.com/kblin/ncbi-genome-download). Can it be integrated into InSilicoSeq?

Hi!

I agree that ncbi-genome-download is a great tool, but I don't think that integrating the tool into InSilicoSeq would make it easier for users. I would recommend to use the tools separately and then feeding genomes to InSilicoSeq if you want finer control over which organisms you are simulating.
