Support for Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish voices #26

Now that we've covered the western part of Europe, I'd like to head north and cover Scandinavian languages next.

Overall, there seems to be decent support for each of them but with only one or two voices per platform.

Localization for Apple and Android voices is making things more complex than it should though, as each new language brings extra work to the table.

Finnish is surprisingly a top 3 language for Thorium, so this will be very useful for a future Thorium integration of this work.

I'm done documenting Finnish. I'll go back to the remaining three languages later in June.

I'm halfway done, Swedish is fully ready too.

I'm done with Norwegian as well, which means that this issue is now completed and in review.
