Updateto drift tracker

Drift tracker has now:

• remove all B and line center button
• one can submit bfield and line center, instead of two lines
• included are new config parameters to setup the drift tracker at startup
• spectrum graph is resized at submit

Drift tracker server has some additional functions to retrieve bfields and line center arrays
