PHP > Attributes / Annotations missing?! #316

Hey,

PHPStorm Version: 2024.2.1

i do not know if I did something wrong but i followed all the Steps of the README but after installing the Plugin i do not see any extra setting under Languages & Frameworks > PHP > or PHP >.
