PHPStorm freezing with Laravel Plugin 0.15.4 #250

Phpstorm completly freeze when use laravel plugin on laravel 4.2 big project. It happens since PHPSTORM 2019.03 (eap and stable)

Same problem on PhpStorm 2019.3 (193.5233.101), after disabling plugin it works fine. Laravel 5.6. Update: after some time high CPU usage is back without plugin, so problem seems to be elsewhere.
