Flashing Tab ultra C #96

I didn't quite understand what exactly was in the repository description, I may have misunderstood. But it seems that you can get a ROM and then install it via recovery mode. In that case, is it possible to install the global firmware of Tab Ultra C on its Chinese version, Tab 10c Pro? If yes, can someone briefly explain how to do it or provide resources so I can figure it out myself? Thanks in advance.
