Better init plots #45

The PN junction would greatly prefer if material parameters common to the layers could be displayed as a stacked layer sequence instead of in separate plots for each layer.

More generally, multilayers would benefit from a cleaner init plot popup that clearly organizes parameters into the layers they come from.

The new plot summary can be tested further after adding the three-layer PN junction, and there are opportunities to refactor the other popups too.
