The G1GC option is not in your args list:
JVM Flags: 8 total; -XX:HeapDumpPath=MojangTricksIntelDriversForPerformance_javaw.exe_minecraft.exe.heapdump -XX:-OmitStackTraceInFastThrow -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xms1024M -Xmx4096M -XX:MetaspaceSize=256M
ATL keeps deleting my arguments before launching, I can't get it to stop. My initial heap should be 2gb and my max heap is 8gb. But it brings it back down to 4gb every time. edit: as well as deleting the garbage collection argument
Can you post a screenshot of your ATL Java settings page?

Really weird to me.. How can I manually force my own args without using the AT Launcher? The settings won't stick..
ATL has a rough time saving the java page apparently. I saved and closed the AT Launcher 5 times and the settings finally stuck. Not pretty, but it fixed the issue.
Glad to hear it. :) I've seen it get stuck before. Not sure why or how, but glad it saved.
Below is the crash log, and here is the Console log
